    We enjoyed the town, the shops, museums and food. We often go to Madrid for a weekend treat, and stopping at Cerrillos instead was worth it. And we'll go back. We bought from some NM artists and...

    More of a run down town, there was only 1 shop opened and a coffee shop/ gift shop. One of the open shops had a sign saying Dogs Inside, I opened the door to 2 large dogs barking behind a wire fenced....  more

    Not really a ghost town but certainly a throw back to earlier times. Many old buildings to look at which invoke thoughts of by-gone times.
