  • Beautiful natural springs in the Wasatch Mountains. Short hike from onsite parking or a longer hike from a road turnout. Enjoyed the serenity and the scenery as we walked along the boardwalk.

  • Nice scenic distraction when you are driving the Alpine Loop. The colors and the water features (natural springs and waterfalls) were awesome. Several bridges, a boardwalk, and paved trails added to the charm. However, the trail is surprising steep for a public venue, and might be too much of a challenge if you are pushing a stroller or a wheelchair. In addition, there are several sets of stairs with no obvious alternative path. I have just read that the lower level (accessible from the lower parking lot) is suitable for wheelchairs. If you are bold, there is a large pond just a short distance down the somewhat rocky forest road (perhaps 100-200 yards) which is probably more impressive than the main spring area. I'm not sure why there are no trails leading to it. I felt lucky to find it.
  • The drive up the canyon is beautiful. Once parked the trail was an easy hike down the hill, or the trail to the far right is paved and a gentle slope. The springs are surrounded by the easy trails, wooden bridges and wooded walkways. We visited at the end of September and the fall colors were amazing. Great home for smaller kids and families.
  • This is a hidden gem for Utah, it’s a pretty drive to get there and a nice walk once you’re there. Nothing too strenuous if it’s hot take some water, that being said we took my wife’s 84 year old grandma and she made it around the walk. A bit slower than my kids but we’re got here to the end. Beautiful area I’ve been to several times and intend to go back many more
  • Cascade springs was a super cute and quaint place to take my girlfriend as part of a day date. I was super sad to see it said we couldn’t do a picnic there as I had plans that had to change. Easy walking trail and beautiful spring to see! Lots of family’s were there as well! The drive from the American Form side was Beautiful!!
  • This is a nice little oasis in the mountains above Deer Creek Reservoir. The gurgling spring water come right out of the ground and flows down the hillside. There are paved trails and beautiful mountain views. The leaves were also starting to change color. This is a great place to bring the kids for an outdoor adventure or simply come up for a peaceful time on one of the many benches with a book.
