  • We went on the dolphin tour with Captain Luke and had a great time. The tour was engaging and fun, and we saw lots of dolphins. Captain Luke was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor.

  • I came here about a month ago and had a great time. I got a tandem kayak with my boyfriend and he was too tall for the kayak but the workers were very helpful in getting us a different one to help accommodate his height. We had Leaf as our guide and he was very personable and knowledgeable of the area. He gave us lots of recommendations on restaurants and night life which was greatly appreciated. I saw dolphins in the distance, fiddler crabs, oyster banks, lots of different birds and jumping shrimp. Very fun experience (with a good arm workout)!! I definitely plan to come here again when in town and rent a kayak so I can explore further out.
  • We had a great time with Captain Josh! He was informative and took the time to stop at every dolphin siting! The beach was a ton of fun. We hunted for shells, crabs, and saw the lighthouse. Highly recommend it as a way to spend a few hours enjoying the natural beauty of Charleston!
  • I booked this tour for me and my teen daughter from a recommendation on TripAdvisor. The price was fair and we’ve never been before so I gave it a go. The boat tour was absolutely incredible and our most favorite and memorable experience of visiting Charleston for the first time!! Our captain was knowledgeable, fun, and laid back. The marsh was beautiful, tour of the lighthouse, dolphins were everywhere, birds were diving down into the water and catching fish..it was so beautiful it could have been a simulation! The tour of Morris island was also incredibly beautiful and we came home with some awesome seashells we never would have found on shore. I would absolutely recommend this tour!!
  • We had a lovely sunset eco kayak tour!! Our guide was nice, fun, fairly knowledgeable and seemed to really care about the nature and how we interacted with the wildlife. We didn’t see quite as many dolphins as we could’ve maybe hoped, but we did see them, as well as pelicans, other waterfowl and birds of prey, little fish and shrimp jumping out of the water and then we were super lucky to not only get a wonderful sunset but also a very cool cloud phenomenon, iridescent clouds (fire/rainbow clouds). Really some of the best spent money in Charleston, even if it was a little drive out there. And then we sat at the restaurant out there and had a specialty brew after in the dark, which was super nice!
  • Thoroughly enjoyed the Morris Island Lighthouse Tour. Captain Luke gave insights on Folly River’s ecosystem in a fun and engaging way that my entire family enjoyed (parents in 50s, students in middle school, high school and college). We didn’t get any sand dollars, but there are some in our group that found them. We went to the 9am tour, a good number of dolphin seen. Charleston’s waters has a diverse fauna. You won’t be disappointed. Great for all age groups. If you’ve seen the show Outer Banks, this is where a lot of water scenes were taken, where the lighthouse is the backdrop. Highly recommend!
