  • Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This place is breathtaking the views are amazing! We made reservations for tea time and the tea was so good. The serving sizes were perfect even my husband enjoyed them and got full which is saying a lot. We went in the fall so we experienced a lot of pumpkin flavors different spices, which was great. I have no complaints about this place. We absolutely loved it. It was on my bucket list for a while. The ambiance was so serene and our waiter Austin was so nice and attentive. The staff was friendly as well.
  • Loved this place. I only stayed one night and was there about 12 hours but it was great. I wish I could've stayed longer to explore the trails on the property. The location is great if you're wanting to do Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, or Cave of the Winds. Check in was super easy. Since we were getting in late and the front desk would be closed, we checked in at the gate and received all the information we would need for our stay. The castle is very well kept. My room was a little small and had a bit of peeling wallpaper but was otherwise immaculate. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.
  • Fabulous is the only word to describe the day at Glen Eyrie. We started with the Victorian tea and it was perfect. The tea room is possibly one of the prettiest rooms in the castle. To be able to sit in such a sweetly decorated room, enjoying great food and wonderful tea with soft classical music playing... Perfection in our minds. Then we had the tour. An hour ish long and so informative. The gentleman giving the tour was very entertaining and knew so much of the family and castle history. It was well worth reserving and paying for the tour. And then to be able to walk around the grounds on our own was relaxing and awe inspiring. This has been the highlight of our trip so far. One of the best things to do in Colorado Springs in our opinion! We will be back!
  • Had tea here and a tour of the castle. tea and food was delicious although I put in the comment when reserving it for GF options for my friend but they didn’t see it or I didn’t do it right. But they still accommodated her. The tour was interesting and the tour guide was engaging. It’s a beautiful castle especially with the snow. I get there is history with Christianity and navigators group own the property but I do wish it wasn’t pushed down during the tour. I also don’t like how at the bookstore, they sell harmful evangelical books, particularly “Love and Respect” when that has been a harmful book for many women. But it’s a nice experience and would love to take my mom in the future. I know she would love it!
  • The castle is amazing. The tea however was not great. They might have been short staffed because the waiter, although very accommodating, was slow to get to us. The table was too small for the place-settings and tea. The food was not good at all. If this place could improve the taste of the food and find bigger tables it would be great. Keep in mind the experience is really the castle. The tea is just not the brown palace.
