  • This was a relatively quiet place. We did this one afternoon in July when it was cloudy. Very pleasant walking, and there were quite a few good places to climb on the rocks to get a better view.

  • Always a great place for a hike! Very beautiful like Garden of the Gods without all the extra people.

  • Loved this hike! Red rocks were gorgeous and the lakes we passed were stunning! There are multiple paths you can take. Some are easier some are more advanced. I’m 24 weeks pregnant and didn’t have any troubles on the paths I took (mostly intermediate). I saw a couple of people with young baby’s even a stroller. Definitely recommend this trail!
  • In my opinion one of the most beautiful parks / open spaces in Colorado Springs.. and almost no tourists! Extraordinary beautiful views on the red mountains, lush green trees, clean and fun hiking trails, dog friendly! So many adorable corners and colors! I can’t get enough of this park! 😍
  • Absolutely stunning trail. We hiked during winter so you get to experienced 4 seasons in this trail. The only thing wrong about this trail is it is not well maintained, dog poop bags everywhere on the trail. The map were teared off along the trail. Some routes were unclear so it can be confusing if you’re not from the area. Overall, great hike, easy during summer might be little hard to intermediate during winter
  • This place is absolutely beautiful. Lots of opportunities for photo opps. There were restrooms and railing if needed. I recommend you take as many breaks as needed especially if you aren’t from the area with the altitude because it can be a lot to adjust to very quickly. The view was breathtaking
  • This open space is just as beautiful as Garden of the Gods, but almost deserted! Easy parking at the trailhead, and well maintained trails. I also saw that there is a dog park section as well. Highly recommend!
