Conneaut Township Park, Conneaut

Very nice park for the city of Conneaut. I was out road tripping and exploring different towns and the attractions they have and found this place. It was a cool, windy October day when I stopped. The foliage was beautiful and the waves were really crashing the beach. After reading other reviews, I would definitely like to check out the D-Day reenactment.

If I could give this place more stars, I would! One of the finest parks on Lake Erie and in the state. Just know that this park is *NOT DOG-FRIENDLY* Great view of the lake from your car, on the hilltop, convenient to the marina. Has a great boardwalk and is full of history (D-day reenactment) and industry (port ships transport Iron ore, sand and limestone regularly). Bring lunch/dinner and firewood for s'mores

We went there for the D-day 2022. It was really amazing! My son loves WWII history and he was pretty amazed. The production was extraordinary and beyond belief!!! They thought about everything! The place is the best for something like this. We really loved it!!

D-Day experience is fantastic! Multiple experts gave very interesting talks and answered questions. The USO show was entertaining and of course there was the reenactment of D Day.

Very clean and well taken care of. Lots of places to sit down and eat or walk the beach. Super nice pavilion with garage doors on it so you can adjust how much wind you want to take. Great place to get out of the weather to eat if the weather turns bad but can be opened up if the weather is nice.
