  • Someone had passed and we got the whole family together to go and celebrate their life. It's a first come first serve kind of park. Once we got there, we started the barbecue and got everything together including a memorial board. Then some so-called Church moves in and tells us that they have reserved the space that we are on, which we know is absolute bull on account of the area being first come, first serve. Rather than arguing with a bunch of people who wouldn't know what Jesus would do if he showed them, we moved to the area next to it which was absolutely flooded from a broken sprinkler line. Mud everywhere. I wish I remembered the name of that church so I could put them on blast. They're Minister was pretending to be understanding while he was lying to us about the reservation. Other than that experience, and the broken water main which made everything up muddy mess, the Park was okay.
  • Love our stay at this lovely campground. Meticulously well kept. Friendly staff. Great location near Crater Lake.
  • It is run by the county now. They have made improvements and are making more. It's a nice place to camp, with nice trails nearby, but you can't directly access the lake from the campground. If you show up without reservations, there may be spaces available for one or two nights. It's an interesting system because if you try to book online, you can't book any sooner than 3 days after the day that you are on the system.
  • Great Campground. We had a youtube get together and had a blast. Vancity Adventure
  • Amazing camping ground!! The sites are HUGE!!! And very clean! So much fun! We will definitely be coming back! And with more people! This was one of the best campgrounds I’ve been too! Feels like you are miles for anywhere but really you are only about 20 mins from a town if you really need anything
