  • Need to post the hours better. It is not open on Sunday afternoon. Made a trip out to see it and waste some time. All we got to see was the gate.

  • Definitely try to stop here if you are in the area. Kinda out of the way but a beautiful spot with tons of history.

  • I haven't been in a few years but then I always really enjoyed the the festival and the mounds and museum are open year round I believe. Great history lesson for kids and adults.
  • What an incredible treasure we have here in Alabama - so much history of Alabama Native American clans, tribes and nation. Dating back thousands and thousands of years with relics, arrowheads and pottery. You’ll learn customs, games that were played and how they lived. There is so much to see and do - you may want to take the family, go for a picnic, or grab a canoe and jump on the water. Lots to do at this beautiful park and learning center - definitely a keeper
  • Didn't get to see much when we went. Came for a cross country meet, but what we saw was great and well presented. The grounds are well kept, and the gift shop was nice.
  • We came for our son's cross country race and also got to see the museum. Really enjoyed the history and our other children really liked it.
  • This a great place to discover your Native heritage and how wonderful this place really is. The annual event held here is great family fun and cultural experience! You can almost hear your ancestors roam the land again and feel their spirits!
