Escape the Room Detroit, Detroit

My co-workers and I went as a bonding event. We had a great time. We did the Dig Room. It was set up very well. I really liked that we were literally escaping to another room. I liked it so much I decided to go back for my birthday.

A group of friends and I were planning my best friend's birthday weekend since she lives in New York now and was flying back home to Detroit for the occasion. We needed a fun activity that a group of 9 could do together, but something we haven't done before (as a group). We booked ETR and were really impressed with our experience! We were made to have to work together as a collective in order to progress successfully and beat the clock. The overall experience, from the representative who gives you your quick orientation, to the intricate detail that goes into the storyline, to the discoveries you make about your friends and their problem solving skills lol, to the photo (complete with props) at the end, all made for an extremely fun, challenging, unique exhilarating experience. It is the kind of thing you look for when you want to create great memories with others. And honestly, it was a highlight for my best friend's birthday weekend festivities! Everyone had a great time and shared moments that we will be talking and laughing about years from now! And yes, We Escaped The Room!

I went with my girlfriends from high school and had a ball! We didn't think we were doing well at all, got out with 35 seconds to spare! I definitely want to go back to try a different room and see how we do.

We had a great time doing the dig experience! Our clue master, Ryan was so awesome! He gave us clues that were thought provoking but not too telling. He let us struggle just enough to keep us having fun, but not too much to get frustrated. An enjoyable experience for a first timer and I look forward to coming back!

We loved Escape Room Detroit. Second best escape room we have done. Various rooms, different puzzle types, helpful clues, and a lot of fun. We did the Dig, which we loved. Would suggest it to anyone, especially first time escape room players.
