National Museum of Military Vehicles, Dubois

My family and I, ages ranging from 15-71, did the curated tour through this amazing museum. Rae was the history guide and he was awesome. His own military background and history knowledge kept all of us intrigued. The amount of vehicles and stories behind every area, is a must experience, for every true, red blooded American. The American history is important to know and hear and this museum is the perfect place to visit. Truly awe inspiring.

Incredible experience. A MUST for any war history enthusiast. Privately owned. Veterans get in free. Tickets are good for two days. There is a "walk in" gun safe (huge) that has practically every US military "man carried" weapon on display. Allow yourself 3 hours or more to take your time to go through the indoor displays. There are also outdoor displays. WOW

Absolutely the best museum I have ever been to. As a war buff, this museum has it all. I’ve truly never seen a better display of war history. Every turn covered a new chapter of conflict, and had sounds and sights making it feel as if you were there at the front. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re local or passing through!

This is by far one of the best museums we have ever been to! The representation and presentation of many wars, military vehicles and weapons is the best we have seen! If you’re looking to be impressed, yet humbled.. you have to stop here and spend some time. Highly recommend if you’re passing through and it’s just 1.5 hours from Jackson and the National Parks. If you are visiting Montana or Yellowstone. Add this place to your list. You won't be disappointed. We had the honor of getting a tour from Dan. His knowledge of history was beyond impressive. His collection was even more impressive. Thank you Dan and everyone there.
