  • Hike was convenient and made for a short cardio down and back. It terminates at the Sacramento River unless you’re brave enough to cross and then you can hike down to other falls.

  • Quick and easy hike with an awesome pay off! This is a great place to stop and stretch your legs. The trail is very easy the switchbacks make hiking a breeze. The waterfall is quite the treat! We went at the end of July and they were still water coming down. It was cool and refreshing. We also went to yaks burger right after that and it was amazing
  • The falls are a stop that you could quickly over look as it is not well marked as an attraction. The hike down to the falls is not to bad but there is some elevation change. Once at the falls you can walk down to the creek area and behind the falls to get different images. It is nice to sit and hear the water fall off the rocks. This would not be a long stop as part of a Mt Shasta trip but well worth doing in the area.
  • Very small falls but also a very short and quick hike. I wouldn’t come a long distance just to see this one but if you were in the area I would definitely stop by! Do continue down to the river past the falls because the scenery down there is actually some of the best parts of this little hike!
  • Easy access right off the freeway. Portable toilet at the gravel parking lot. Bring your own paper though. Probably parking for about 15 cars and a couple of pull thru trailers. You hike downhill on the way in and up hill on the way out. It's pretty well maintained but a little slippery and muddy on a rainy day. Clean air, clean water, and very serene. It wasn't too crowded on a Sunday midday either.
  • Very quick hike to the falls. And if you keep going, there's a lookout over the Sacramento river. Hike was less than ten minutes to see both. You can walk behind the falls too for different perspectives. Lots of places to sit and rest if needed, including chairs made of the stumps.
