Pocono Indian Museum, East Stroudsburg

A quick, interesting, and self guided tour about the Lenape Indians. I enjoyed learning about the tribe's way of life and getting a close up view of all the artifacts found in the area. The gift shop was also cute and extensive. It honestly got to a point where I had to walk away before I bought the whole store! I did still get a shot glass for my collection though. ;)

Great museum! They give you an audioguide when you start the tour. You will learn a lot of things on the Delaware Indian Community that lived in the area for hundreds years. They also have a great gift shop with several artisanal items.

Visited the Museum and gift shop today with my Mom and sister. It was a most memorable trip. Very educational experience and such a kind staff who accommodated my 95 yr old Mom in a wheel chair and graciously stayed open late while we finished up our shopping. Very unique gift shop with huge variety of treasures. Thank you. 😊 ✌️

Nice place and the people were very nice. The museum tour was pretty cool and interesting. Can take a tour of the museum before you hit the gift shop or after. They have cool stuff and it's reasonably priced.

Oh, it was amazing! Admissions fee is affordable; only $7.00, the history was wowing and sad and the shop had beautiful merchandise for gifts. We really enjoyed the taped, self-tour as well. They even had an Indian version of psalms23. Thank you.
