  • Instead, head over to Marconi where it's a similar feel but much larger parking with less of a wait. Visited 3 days in a row (including weekends) and never had to wait more than 15-20 mins to get in.

  • Great option for a walk along the beach. Right next to the lighthouse. After 4pm parking is free. Nice looking bathrooms are currently being built next to the parking lot but not open yet.

  • A very nice beach! The parking lot was new since my last visit, with new bathrooms/showers. The sands are so nice!! The morning sunrise is very beautiful….
  • We did late night walk(after sunset) and was amazing . We did the light houses and beach 2 in one. I love the view from the top - just breath taking. I am from Nantucket (beach all over)and i can say that this beach is really beautiful . Many signs telling you to be mindful of sharks and seals. The parking was free at that time of the day. Beach was packed with people and dogs. Everybody was enjoying the nice warm night. I highly recommend just to stop by and see it !
  • If you like this type of beach, go to NAUSET BEACH instead, it's the same exact type of beach with MUCH more parking, more easily accessible with NO long walk to the beach, and it has more amenities. That being said, this beach has soft white sand, and cold water that's between 55°-60° in the summer. The parking lot is small, and there are Porta potties, that's it. The walk from the parking lot is 2-3 minutes long, so it's a hassle to bring your beach supplies with you. Go to NAUSET BEACH instead for the same beach but better experience.
  • We fell in love with Nauset Light Beach this year. The trick is to stay close enough to walk/bike there….. parking is practically non existent. It was only a two mile walk from where we were staying on 6. This was my first year on the Cape with a dog. As far as I’m concerned, staying next to the National Seashore Beaches is a must with dog in tow. We practically had the place to ourselves…. In the middle of August. Constant seal sightings…. Biggest was a pod of 6-7 of them.
  • Beautiful beach to chill on, water colder than desired, but fear of sharks ensured cold water wasn’t an issue.
