  • Excellent information on local Navajo code talkers. The other exhibits were fantastic as well. No admission charge. Check it out!

  • The signage in and around the area was confusing. We thought this was the visitor information area for Gallup. It had a surprising nice little museum on the 2nd floor. The displays were nice and well....  more

  • This cultural center has been closed to 4+ weeks. There is a great bronze statue of a Navajo code talker in front of building which people have disrespected by putting trash in and around it.

  • What a great place! The former El Navaho Hotel and Santa Fe Railway Station is still a working Amtrak station but also houses a wonderful museum upstairs. We learned so much about the Gallup region! The museum is free, but donations are appreciated. Angela's Cafe, a nice place to get a sandwich for lunch, is downstairs.
  • We were honored to learn the history of Gallup and the Navajo culture with Terrie at the Gallup Cultural Center. Her commitment and heart were so evident. If you are in the area you must stop by; you will be inspired. We returned in the evening to watch the Zuni Dance group perform!
  • This was a unique and wonderful experience to see all of the one of a kind historical artifacts and also the art pieces! If you're passing through or even if you're from the area, this place is worth it to check out!
  • Was a great place to have our meeting. Lunch at the cafe was delicious...staff were wonderful
  • Very interesting museum. Loved reading about the way they use to make rugs the different colors used by the different plants.
