The Wood Whittlers, Gatlinburg

Highly recommend anyone who likes wood work to stop by here! The items are very nicely made! They have very nice walking sticks, tables, wooden flowers, ornaments, etc. Everything is so nicely made! The staff was very nice and friendly too. It's a great stop to find some gifts or something for yourself!

I just recieved my sign from Zukes Woodworkz, Gatlinburg Tn. I'm so happy with it. Zuke worked with me and I just wanted to say the customer service is amazing! Highly recommend their workmanship!

Chris and the shop do incredible craftsmanship you will not be able to compare to anyone or anything else out there. I have a wonderful cocktail table and am now awaiting his production of an end table.

Wish I could give them zero stars!!!! I purchased a hand carved bear back in late July. I brought it home and a couple days later it started to crack. I understand that a tree can crack due to changes in elements, but what I can’t understand is the lack of communication from this company. I sent my bear back on 8/15 to be repaired and as of 9/20 I still do not have it back. I have had to call them for updates, I have left messages with no call back! Every time I actually talk to someone they have told me it will only be a day or so longer. Same story every time, but nothing changes AND I had to call them as again they would not call me back. Have I known this would have been such a bad experience I would have never bought my bear. I even paid for it to be shipped from Chicago to TN and even supplied them with a return label for ease. Absolutely the worst communication and customer service experience I have ever had!!!!

We love The Wood Whittlers; we visit every time we are in Gatlinburg and also pick up something that we just can’t live without. Such unique and beautiful art that you can’t find anywhere else.
