Grand Rapids Escape Room, Grand Rapids

Mi sister was visiting from out of state and we thought we would all try and escape room for the first time. We traveled here from Pennfield after reading reviews and we're not disappointed! We choose "the cure" as it seemed more appropriate for our two younger kids. The room was hard, I'm not going to lie.. we had no clue what we were doing but ALEX was amazing as we were so wrapped up in trying to get out we forgot we could ask for hints if we needed. Alex provided a couple hints to help guide us in a better direction and we found out way out with just 3 minutes left! It was a great experience for us all and I'm glad we choose you guys as our first place to experience an escape room, you made it fun for the whole family!

This was my first escape room experience and it was so much fun! We went in a group of twelve and split up into two rooms. Each room was challenging, but both groups were able to finish with a few minutes left on the timers. They do offer hints that you can ask for when you get stuck, so it's certainly worth going even if you're not great at puzzles!

wish I could give this place a 0/5. Made an hour drive, not even 45 minutes in we found a door that had a note “lift door carefully” which we did. The worker comes in and says that we “broke the room” by pulling on the door “too hard”. However if we shouldn’t have been able to get in the room why did it open so easily? They have cameras on us 24/7, if we were doing something wrong she should have came in and stopped us. We got kicked out and waisted 25$ per person equaling 225 from all of us. Waste of time and money. poorly made if it was that easily to get off.

Waste of time and money, I’ve been to some of these that are awesome this one is very under budget, stuff is falling apart, and most of the props are all damaged and old, also we’re blamed for one of their props malfunctioning even tho you can tell it’s ancient and hasn’t been updated. Staff is completely rude too. Waste of time don’t go. I could make a better escape room in my basement for $50

My significant other and I have been fortunate enough to have Kat help us with the two escape rooms we have done at this location. Fun times with a great person. We will be back for more!
