Craig Thomas Discovery & Visitor Center in Moose, Grand Teton National Park

While very interesting and giving a look at the area, they could do much more with the exhibits. To many words not enough pictures. The movie was very good and worth the price of admission...free. Seeing the little chaplet was also interesting.

This is a beautiful and modern visitor's center with huge ceilings and lot's of windows so that you can see the Grand Tetons! I love snowcapped peaks, so I was really excited to come here. The exhibits are actually really interesting. You can feel the fur of several animals and I was surprised by how coarse some of the hair is. Bathrooms are clean and water is available for your bottle refills. They have a movie that plays multiple times a day. We bought our annual National Park Pass here, which saved time at the entrance. The gift shop was packed!

Craig Thomas Discovery and visitor center the park is a little further back from the parking area. I feel like it’s a little hidden. You’ll have to walk up to the building in the other side. The building is clean and in good condition, lots of fun thing to look at and buy also. Lots of information.

Lots to do here. Great shop for gifts and necessities, get your passes for back county camping, large bathrooms, water refill stations. There are large educational exhibits that were very well done. We were there twice and they had educational talks for the kids both times.

Beautiful building near Jackson Hole in Grand Teton National Park. Great for information and a nice gift shop. Worth a quick stop at a minimum!
