Twin Lakes State Park, Green Bay

Quiet trails and water access make for a relaxing getaway. Facilities are very well kept up and clean, including the showers. Beach is typical for a Va State Park and comfy. There was an educational exhibition on Saturday featuring the local invasive and quite energetic turtle, Myrtle. The Between The Lakes trail has a cautionary ending, a cliff-like drop-off without any warning, and a hazard for kids, dogs and adults, alike. Would be nice to see that addressed and even better a way built to the water below. We had a great time and will return.

Stopped by on a chilly spring morning. This place must be hopping come summertime. Lots of water access for swimming and boating. Nice playgrounds and a welcome and very clean restrooms was available. Enjoyed the short trail between the two lakes. Anytime spent by the water is so relaxing, especially in this fun park.

This park was very nice. Lots of trails a wonderful gift shop. Fishing, boating, hunting, swimming at beach and history museum, There is something for everyone at Twin Lakes State Park. The staff was very polite and friendly. I wish the campsites were space further apart. Just to close. Over all it was a good experience.

We camped here at site 18 for a week. Sites are very nice. Bathhouse clean and easy to access. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Hiking trails were well thought out and really work with the surrounding landscape. Made for fun exploring and great hiking.

What a great park! Tent site was the best I have been to in years. The pad was nice and open, clear, shaded, and easy access. I didn't get to walk the trails due to a hip injury, but will definitely go back to try those. The lake was great for the kids. My wife and I enjoyed watching everyone play and have fun. The playground was a lot of fun. Restrooms were surprisingly clean. All in all it was a great adventure for the family. I highly recommend this park.
