Grand Caverns, Grottoes

Great experience. We had to wait an hour and a half because we didn’t book ahead, but they gave us a free round of putt-putt golf while we waited. The golf was fun, and the cavern was excellent. It took a little over an hour. I would recommend these caverns to anyone.

If you're looking for a day trip to explore and learn this is the place to go. It has great atmosphere and learning environment for people of all ages. Not only does the offer caverns but outside activities as well. The tour was great and guided by knowledgeable people. The cavern itself was a cool experience, worth the time. When you do purchase tickets for the cavern make sure you use one of the discounts that they accept. The cover that stove is that wheelchair accessible and or stroller accessible.

What an amazing experience! We loved every bit of this tour. Daniel (we think that was his name!) our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and had a lot of fun tidbits to tell us. The tour is as explained on the website-expect to spend 70-75 minutes below. One thing you don’t know until you get there is no food or drink is allowed in the cavern. And there is no bathroom (obviously) until you leave. Also as part of the tour our guide turned off the cave lights for about 20-30 seconds so we could experience total cave darkness. While super cool, this may be something people want to know before going in as there could be people or kids who could be afraid.

This was a fantastic way to spend a couple of hours. It was actually a Google recommendation, and I couldn't be happier that we saw it. It's a guided tour only, but no complaints here! Our guide, John, was incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly extremely passionate about caving and spelunking. The tour he gave our group was informative and entertaining! We'll be sure to check out Fountain cave next time we're in the area!

As our first cave tour, you guys set the expectation really high. Our tour guide Michael was knowlegeable, passionate about his work and kind. My daughter was so interested the whole time and he answered every question and had a great sense of humor. So glad we decided to go tour here as it was budget friendly and really enjoyable. Thanks for making our trip from FL so great. We both learned a lot from you guys & I am so glad that this exists place exists to keep history alive!
