This is a great state park. Kind of a hidden gem that is somewhat off the beaten path. Incredible views that rival anything else in the state of Alabama. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Everything seemed to be very accessible. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area! Even if you’re not I’d say it’s worth a drive. If you don’t want to hike some great scenic spots are just steps away from parking so that’s always nice.

Absolutely loved this park. I'm not usually a fan of the parking lot style RV park, but this one was small enough that even when full, did not seem over crowded. The spots were very spacious, and some had a a (seasonal) creek running behind. The adjacent hiking was fantastic! Office staff was amazing, very helpful and polite. Only down side was the showers, and that is about par for the course at RV parks. Water pressure issues, and people don't know how to close doors.

Very beautiful overlook that reminded me of little river canyon! The campground was very peaceful and relaxing! The only drawback was the creek was dry but fall season should bring up the water! We had a very nice day there! Thank yall for letting us look around!

We stumbled upon BP almost by accident but we're very happy with the ATV trails. It went along a river all day and gave us many chances to stop and admire the view, eat, or even fish. The trails are a mix of dirt trails, rock climbs, and mud pits. Fun all around.

Hiked Point Rock Trail today for the first time. Took about an hour going up, 35 minutes coming down. It was steep and rocky the whole way, but beautiful and worth it. The moss covered rocks and boulders were gorgeous and so was the waterfall.
