  • Although this trail park has good potential, I wouldn't go out of my way to see it. Lots of mosquitos, some birds and a $10. parking fee for out of state visitors. There were some interesting views...

  • So beautiful and peaceful. I loved the experience and to relax. Walking around and looking for a place to rid the worries of the world.

  • Beautiful concept. Reclaiming a piece of peace. Come and hear some birds instead of traffic and steam horns. Donations accepted.

  • Fun pl;ace to visit. Beach, breakwalls, forest. All types of wildlife. Plenty of parking - not free.
  • $10 Dollar out of state parking, beach and a small bird sanctuary hiking trail. There are two beaches located on the property, one immediately next to the parking area and another at the opposite end of the park. The bird sanctuary trail itself is a tight one person wooded trail that was a tad overgrown and was full of spider webs. Be sure to grab a stick before going down the trail to wave the webs away if you don't want to be covered. Overall if you're looking for a decent quiet beach the two options here are quality options. The trail is a good quiet escape, even if its lacking a little love.
  • Saw four black- capped chickadees. Four Red breasted mergansers. This is one strange place for birding. Thank you Hammond for protecting it.
  • Pleasant. Pretty clean. Not smelly. Electric Power Plant to the left, Casino to the right. 🙂👍🏼
  • It was great. Beach was empty. It was hot. It was nice to take a walk. Picked some rocks for my great nephew. It's nice just to sit and watch the waves.
