    We literally went out of our way there to visit this plaza....and all entrances were gated off. Not sure if they have only certain times, but we did go on the weekend...it may be open during the day....  more

    we enjoyed the Sculpture Garden. It was eclectic and fun. The view allowed us to see many of the historic buildings. It was very walkable to see other buildings on our list from here.

    The sculpture park is in downtown Hartford. The sculptures are by local artists and are, for the most part, good. Tables and green spaces would make this a nice place to sit outside in summer.
