Segway of Hershey, Hershey

We did the tour at the Hershey hotel on 7/7/21. We were 2 of 7 people in our group. The tour beginning time 10:30 AM started with training on the segways. The training was extremely long in the heat. The tour never stated till about the last hour to hour and a half. I understand training is needed for those never on one. But they should have provided 2 or 3 people to give the training for such a large group. Our guide was brand new and would give each person individual training in multiple tasks. While he was with someone the rest were left standing on the Segway with nothing to do. He should have told people to try riding and turning and practicing while he was with another person. I decided on my own to just ride around while he was busy and then the others did so as well. Had I known that the majority of the tour was training I would never have booked it. By the end of all the hurry up and wait my feet and legs were getting sore and tired. It took away from the fun that segways can be.

The Segway tour was a joyful experience and we highly recommend it! Don was our tour guide and he was great. You could tell he took his job seriously but was fun and friendly at the same time. You definitely won't regret booking this!

This summer was my second time on Segway!!! Love it and cannot wait to do it again. It is very energizing, educational, and a lot of fun! Even though I learned how to use Segway during my first ride last Fall, it was nice to repeat the safety instructions with Mark. I liked a lot how much he cares about our safety as he wanted us to have fun not injuries.)) Mark is also a very good guide! During our ride he spoke about remarkable facts of Hershey history. We had 3 hours of fun rides, made lots of pictures and have the great memories to share.

We had a great time this morning with Thomas at the Hershey Hotel Segway Tour. This was our first experience on a Segway. Thomas was very patient with us. His narrative during the tour was very informative and entertaining. With his thorough training on how to operate the Segway our ride time was awesome! We will definitely recommend Thomas and this tour to our family and friends!

Awesome experience! Absolutely the most fun and laughter we have had in months. Tour guide Don was so easy to get along with and friendly, he made it all the more memorable and even took pictures of us when we asked! Highly recommend this tour if you like to learn something new, be outdoors and have a good time! We were so happy with our experience!!
