Hilton Head Distillery, Hilton Head

Take the tour! We did the Distillery Tasting Tour, and it was delightful. After welcoming us with a marvelous Mai Tai, we were taken into the back for a VIP tour of the facility with Stew. The presentation included a history of rum, Hilton Head, and other interesting facts, along with a wristband and shot glass to keep. At the end we went into a nice lounge for the tasting portion of the tour. Then to top it all off, they took $5 off of the bottles that we bought! Stew did a wonderful job, and I highly recommend booking this experience.

I can't say enough good things about Bobby and the amazing tour of the distillery! We thought we knew a lot and he had 3-5 new facts we each learned (my bf and myself) I really enjoyed the variety of liquors they offer. I love rum and my boyfriend enjoys bourbon. We met in the middle and found our new favorite, the 2 Traditions Rum. Next favorite was the Bananas Foster rum!! We were so happy we took the tour and enjoyed a local distillery! We would come back and take the tour again, it was that fun!

Went here to take the tour for a friends birthday. Great value for only $35. They provided multiple samples at the end and if you stick around and want to try other samples before purchasing, they don't mind. I was a bit of a deva and ordered a mixed drink off the menu and Amanda the bartender hooked me up. There are 2 tour guides and Bobby did our tour. I'm sure the other guide is good, but Bobby totally rocked our tour. This location is great, because there is a winery and brewery on the same road. I will recommend this distillery to everyone I know going to Hilton Head.

Stopped by on a rainy morning during our trip to check this place out and we were pleasantly surprised. The outside is unassuming but the inside is nicely decorated with a cute shop in front and a bar/seating area in the back. Since we were pressed for time we decided to just grab a drink at the bar instead of doing a longer tour or tasting session. We ordered a painkiller (my favorite cocktail) which came out wonderful, it was creamy, rich with a nice coconut taste, as it should be. We also tasted the Hilton Head Island Cream Rum and Mountain Peak Espresso Rum, both of which were so good we purchased small nips to take home with us. Special props to Michelle who was fabulous and knowledgeable! She talked to us for about 15 minutes about the distillery, the area and the ins-outs of Hilton Head, and was a real pleasure to converse with!

Awesome spot to come and hangout. My wife and I loved it so much we came back a second time. You can get a sample of 3 with a cocktail or a sample of 4. Roxy and Amanda are super sweet and friendly.
