Miami Gliders, Homestead

Learned to fly here. Excellent instructors. Steve, the owner, is a commercial pilot and a great guy. His experience and character both add a fine dimension to this soaring business. Stuart seems a regular for piloting paid flights. Though I've never flown with him I have watched several of his YouTube vids and he's always an excellent pilot and wonderfully entertaining---great combo! If you want just a flight or to learn, Miami Gliders is highly recommended.

Terrific program. Steve is a great guy, and my instructor Victor (and trainee, whom I think is named Johan) are just fantastic.....calm, encouraging, upbeat. I had a great time, and after 4 straight days of lessons I saw dramatic improvement. I'm absolutely going to head back to Homestead again for more lessons.

My dad & I took glider rides yesterday out of Homestead with this company for our birthdays - my dad’s 80th and my 55th. It was a perfect experience on a beautiful day so we really enjoyed the ride, it was well worth the $200 we paid each! The people were very pleasant & accommodating, their equipment was in good working order and our pilot, Will, was super friendly, skilled and personable! Highly recommended, a most enjoyable experience!

I had a blast i think im hooked on gliding the staff is awesome and friendly great way to discovering flight cant say how much its worth it thank you guys awesome job
