We had an amazing time here! We went on a Sunday afternoon in July and it was quiet, so we had the chance to talk for a long while with one of the staff. They were so kind and answered our questions about their mead and the process of making it. The tasting flight was a great way to taste 6 of their current meads and get a sense of the difference flavor profiles. Definitely needs to be on your list of stops in Ipswich, MA!

Mead is amazing. With a ton of different flavor and subtle taste it’s hard not to have a couple of favorites.

1/28/23, wonderful atmosphere with passionate people. The attention to the details about the mead was wonderful and they could talk for hours about it. And also the meads great every flavor under the sun from dry to sweet and each one makes you want to try another!

Had a great time! We had a tasting in their tasting room. The owner chatted with us and explained everything about the mead making process. Very knowable and their mead is delicious!

This was our second visit. The tasting room and shop is small, informal and very friendly, and the staff know their products inside out. They make a wide variety of meads, at least two dozen, so there's one (at least) for every taste, and you can try as many as you like. They can't ship to where we live, so we'll just have to make another trip!
