  • The tree is well worth the visit to this little park. There is a very interesting back story to the tree and it is something that is just cool to walk around.

  • Beautiful, I got married here!!
  • My boyfriend and I loved visiting this cute little park. Definitely a nice place to bring kids, however you can not climb on the tree. We got some great pictures and had a wonderful time. I do wish there was some extra parking. We didn't want to stay too long and inhibit on someone else's experience.
  • Great place to stop by and visit. You forget your in the city! So grateful this tree has been saved and preserved.
  • Most amazing oak we’ve ever seen. Hope they keep up the park it should stay a natural wonder. Also believe the age to be much older than it says….
  • Like the Angel Oak outside Charleston. The Treaty Oak is a magnificent specimen! I believe it was named after Obadiah Treaty, a seldom used back-up defensive end for the Jaguars.
