Awesome place to get out and explore, hold an event, or just visit any season! It's awesome to walk the gardens in the different seasons, the restrooms are clean, and safe feeling. It is a huge place so plan some time, or multiple visits and you may want to bring some lunch! They have vending machines with several options, and a small gift shop. There is plenty of room for bringing a picnic lunch, and saw at least one charcoal grill by a shelter. The gardens are beautiful, and filled with surprises from the wildlife, to all the trees, and flowers! Plenty of benches to take a rest most shaded, some picture perfect spots to rest and take it all in also. Some of the trails are a little warm in the sun, but also a good choice of shaded trails as well. They are pet friendly but no pets on any structures. We did not try the walk or tower this time but minimal crowds there this spring! The paths are easily walkable, and seemed stroller/wheelchair friendly in most places...obviously excluding the wooded trails, etc. I highly recommend coming to see the Holden Arboretum!

This is my favorite place on earth. Go. Just go. I think I'm finally going to buy a membership in 2023. I live about an hour away but each time I go it's a new adventure, something to see around every corner. I've visited during every season and love it more each time. So many events going on, ample parking, and the absolute best way to spend an entire day. Bring a picnic and enjoy everything Holden has to offer!!

Amazing place to hike, the tower and the walk up in the trees were our favorite, if you have kids this is a great place to get out and hike! I recommend you visit in the fall when the leaves are changing. After climbing the tower I was surprised I can see Lake Erie such beautiful sights and memories made, if you love the outdoors don’t miss taking a trip to see Holden Arboretum!

A 100% must visit if you love flowers, lakes, and nature trails. Super clean and well kept, with lots of short trails any member of the family could complete as a chill stroll through some lovely flowers along tiny lakes scattered throughout the park. Along each trail there are quaint wooden benches to rest. There are lots of geese and fish in each of the tiny lakes, and there are some canopy areas for larger groups. The prices are not that bad and if needed reserved areas can be booked for special occassions. The restrooms are some of the cleanest I've seen and they allow pets provided you clean up after them. Their picnic and BBQ grilling area is really lovely as well, with lots of tables under some shaded trees along a small lake. The weekends are probably thr busiest, but still worth the scenic drive to get there. Their friendly staff are all amazing as well. 100% recommend!

This is such a nice place to visit with friends and family. But it’s better to get there early since it’s first come first serve. And there is lots of walking and lot to see around. Plus it gets really hot in the afternoon depending on what season you visit. Make sure you pack a lunch or snacks with you . We went month ago so early spring it was 80 degree weather that day surprisingly nice. But when we visited all trees weren’t bloomed yet, I’m sure it looks really nice during fall season with all those beautiful tree colors. It’s worth the money.
