One if not the best athletic club in the United States in my honest opinion. I absolutely love this place. I used to live in Lafayette about 14 years ago and I absolutely fell in love with this place. Try to ignore all the older men who dye their hair jet black so they can try to bed a fertile young Cajun woman. Just get your workout done and enjoy the facilities and you will truly love Reds.

For now after looking at website I give 4 stars this is a no excuse ideal gym for me. The registration fee and monthly fee will definitely make me go earn my monthly fee worth and get me out of my lazy comfort zone and revive me of some much needed extra energy and they have steam room, sauna and boxing classes time for me to work overtime and leave my excuses in 2022..

This is my home away from home. This place will make you enjoy your fitness journey. No longer is going to the gym a chore that you dread, it's an exciting activity you look forward to when you're are Red's. The membership is worth every penny.
