Prien Lake Park, Lake Charles

This park is unmatched as far as a beautiful, paved walking track goes. There is so much space to spread out, so many covered picnic areas, pretty views of the water, fishing spots, a boat launch, plenty of bathrooms, exercise equipment - it’s the whole package. There’s a small playground area that’s fully fenced and gated, which is a huge relief for parents of little/neurodiverse kids who are safer when contained. The splash pad has been out of commission since the hurricanes, so we haven’t gotten to see it in action. I see the maintenance crew out picking up rogue trash and the place is impeccably landscaped. Love it.

Beautiful nice clean park to walk ! Fis dock your boat nice boat ramp ! They even have a facility to have a indoor party wedding band also outdoor small theater! Nice walking area and water faucets along the way for you or your pet .

This place is so nice to visit. They have a great walking park and it's a really clen and beautifully landscaped park right next to the lake.

It's a nice place to go to have a Bar-B-Q, sit out and relax by the water, take the small kids to get wet, or exercise. It has nice areas and a center for parties as well.

Loved this park! So nice and relaxing. Kids had a blast walking the boardwalk and playing at the park.
