The Ice Bar - Golden Nugget, Lake Charles

It's pretty sad actually, the two girl bartenders were more focused on the older older older men than couples. Got one shaking the mixer cup staring and flirting with the old guys rather than giving us service.. I am not coming back to this place again.. what also sad is I overheard their conversation about those rich men they think are rich.. one of the guy is a manager at fastfood restaurant, HA! And I make a lot more money than they do..train your bartenders to treat everyone with equality please

Very chill bar to go with your significant other to conversate as it's not very noisy. The bartender, Jase, is very friendly and loves to recommend drinks he concocts himself. Very experienced mixologist. We stopped by here both nights we were there.

Had a wonderful experience here. Different bartenders that know what to mix up for you. They had great service and knowledge. Not super noisy. It's an open bar but away from the club

I just dealt with the rudest bar manager I have ever met in my life. I spent over $1,000 at the pool yesterday, $250 last weekend at Ice Bar before dinner st Vic and Anthony’s and this nasty woman wouldn’t even give me 2 cent cup to put a drink in that I had. I poured a drink from the pool that I purchased in a styrofoam cup so the ice wouldn’t melt and security would not allow me to carry it into the casino. It was a free promotion for their bar while I walked through the casino and gambled! The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Won’t be going back there ever again.
