St. Eustace Episcopal Church, Lake Placid

Spectacular old church nestled in Lake Placid. The facility has beautiful strain glass windows. It is worth the visit to this church to worship God in the Adirondack mountains where God's handwork is in full display. They are currently closing in on their Capital Campaign. So...... if you need a place to sent in 5 or 20 bucks to support God's plan for this congregation you might to include them in your giving plan!

The most beautiful little church I have ever been in. Gorgeous woodwork, amazingly beautiful stained glass windows, and seems very cozy and welcoming due to its size. Popped in for a visit on a very rainy day just to be in awe of its beauty. I could have spent hours sitting in the chapel and drinking in the atmosphere. Simply one of the loveliest places one could spend time contemplating life. Although I am not religious, this church really gives off a warmth, and I hope one day to visit again and attend a service. A must see if you are in or near Lake Placid, and worth the trip from anywhere. Word of caution: you can easily miss seeing this driving down the main drag in Lake Placid. It sits up on a small hill, and has been kind of crowded by all the touristy places that have grown up around it.
