The imitation stone facade of Dutch Wonderland was built by a potato farmer in 1963. The park has 34 rides and Duke's Lagoon water park, as well as shows and games for children. The Kingdom Coaster and Joust roller coasters are favorites, along with the traditional carnival rides, such as bumper cars. For a glimpse of the past, visit Exploration Island, which is home to 15 early animatronic dinosaurs that growl and bow as you walk the Prehistoric Path. Attempted to purchase tickets for Dutch Wonderland twice for April 2023. Both times said transaction was successfully but no tickets were issued. Attempted to rectify and was given the runaround...

Great clean family fun. Perfect for small ones. The park is just the right size and has plenty for small kids to do. Our daughter is 5 and was fully entertained the whole day! No roaming packs of rowdy teens here. Just families with children, I don’t think I heard one cuss word all day, unless me or my husband said one 😂. So it’s a great atmosphere for wholesome fun.

We went for the winter wonderland on a Wednesday between Christmas and New Year's. The crowds weren't too bad especially when we got there right it open and the kids were able to tackle all the rides that they wanted, that were open with only some of the things having slightly longer waits. I'd recommend the park for kids under 11 but our 10-year-olds in the family still had a good time. Food is similar to other amusement parks at around $14 for burger and fries. If you go to the Mill Creek indoor dining it's nice place to warm up and you can get a free fountain water so it save you some money on drinks. I'd skip the all you can eat pizza and pasta as it's $19 for adults. Definitely the sky ride, the train and the turnpike cars are best done at night for the winter wonderland as they have lights and decorations to see. Note the skyride is extremely slow. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful and overall we had an enjoyable experience.

WAY better than last year!!! The staff is so much better than in 2021’s. The food improved as well! It’s a perfect place for little ones, preferably 2-13. But they do have a couple of rides for the teenagers / adults. - A Vacationing New Yorker

Really fun place for most ages. Great mix of larger and smaller rides. Food is ok, not the best but not the worst. It would be nice if there were misting towers around to help keep people cooler during the heat. But overall great place for fun
-
Amazing place. Kids enjoyed the rides. Wish some more rides were open but understandable due to current situation. Special shout out to staff Meredith who was operating the Twister ride! Super friendly!
