small museum located next to the main train tracks with only one caboose. parking limited but I don't expect this location gets a lot of traffic.

Cute little museum worth a trip if you love trains/model trains or have children who do. Very engaging and hands on for little people! Though tiny, we spent about 2 hours there because my boys love trains and model systems. It is free and it's part of the Las Cruces museum system.

Was a small but yet amazing museum. A lot of history and information all around. Staff was very informative and knowledge. Bright back childhood memories of train set I had. Wish I still had it.

It it pretty interesting and I loved it. Suggest you go there once a while.

A cute little train museum. They have displays of old equipment and pictures as well as train paraphernalia from the hey day of train travel. They have several train models that are pretty detailed, but sadly none were working when we visited. The museum is adjacent to a working freight depot.

The building was closed but its expected during COVID-19. The plaques outside and the caboose (which is also closed) are worth a quick look. The art on the buildings around the area is great to look at. I will definitely be coming back once its open.
