  • Finally found the perfect trainers in here. They were Adidas made especially for Barneys. Mixture of price ranges so worth checking out as you can be lucky especially if there’s sales on.

  • We were staying at The Palazzo and decided to check out Barney's. I was looking for some shoes, but did not find the exact ones I was looking for and my wife was looking for some cosmetics. She found the moisturizer she was looking for and it was not overly expensive. It was not cheap but the price was much better than I expected. Jennifer, in the cosmetics department was super. She was so friendly and helpful and gave us a number of great samples as well. I would shop here again.

  • Had the best experience today here, very much thanks to Gina! She was very warm and welcoming, which helped us feel comfortable in a new environment! I don't think I've ever been to a Barney's before now that I think about it. She took us on a tour of the Replica fragrance collection and it really was fun, informative, and it made me feel like I could see myself owning a fancy perfume. We left to catch lunch, but later came back and unfortunately Gina was gone. However I did end up buying the Flower Market by Replica and even though they were out of it at the store another attendant gave me free samples and mailed it to my home. I've never purchased a fragrance this expensive or sophisticated and I give thanks to Gina for making me feel so confident and comfortable! I had such a great experience and I'm so happy about my purchase! Very friendly staff and a totally welcoming environment, even for a semi broke college educator like me who was nervous to touch anything because I can't afford it, haha! Even my boyfriend bought himself a fragrance by Replica and it makes him smell like the Oregon forest which I'm definitely planning on enjoying! So glad we stopped by!
  • Bad experience here. I ordered something online and unfortunately it didn't fit correctly. I wanted to do an even exchange but when the sales associate checked online my size was sold out. I decided to look around to see if I find anything I liked. I didn't see anything I wanted so I asked to just do a return. The old woman was pissed and handed me over to another sales associate. I will never come back to this location. Rude as hell!

The staff were helpful but they couldn't do anything about it so they called the manager, Jack I believe was his name. I must tell you Jack is the worst possible human being I have met in retail. He looked pissed the entire time and he didn't even greet me. The first thing he told me was to move out from the cashier section (Which I was invited inside by the staff to look at the computer). He than proceeded to tell me that I have to contact the New York store (remember we are in NEVADA) to resolve the card problem (how? the card is with me, so I should fly all the way to New York?). So I asked him if they can help me call the New York office and he said no he will not. He was an absolute jerk the whole time and almost ruined my Las Vegas experience. Will never shop at Barneys anymore (I used to shop a lot here hence the gift card) Would give 0 stars if possible. Go to the Neiman Marcus store on the same street, service is 100x better.
