  • Definitely has lost it sparkle but much better, cleaner, safer feeling than NY NY or MGM. Don't know if I'd stay here in the future but wasn't completely turned off to the idea.

  • My complaint is with an employee from the Ceasars Rewards named Ana. My daughter had her two children with her to walk me to the rewards center and Ana came out from a door and yelled at my daughter.....  more

  • I didn't stay at the hotel but the resort is amazing just to walk through. Absolutely stunning inside! Shops galore and places to eat. I explored around before I attended show in the tent out front, but that's a different review. (Psst, it was awesome too) This is also right in the middle of the strip so it is bustling with activity and a short walk to other shops and casinos if you like. I could see spending days in here, exploring and entertaining. Maybe next time I stay here.
  • Casino was nice. Lots of machines. Was confusing to find your way around. All of the good stuff was locked behind premium or an extra charge. Room was garbage. Been in motel 6s which were nicer. Amenities were a D, decoration an F and view a F. The staff were hard working and very courteous. Lots of places to eat and shop. Good selection of gambling.
  • Great hotel! It has been at the Strip, for a long time! The movie, Rain Man, was filmed here. An excellent movie. If you are on vacation, and you are willing to spend some money, this is the place. Spacious, cozy, and a positive environment. No negativity, no trouble makers, no "Riff Raff!" There was security, present. A pleasant and cozy environment...
  • I stayed for a week at Caesars Palace back in August of 2021, and it was phenomenal! The casino area was lively, filled with a variety of machines and tables, but most importantly I felt safe and the place was clean! I have Caesars Rewards and I booked 2 rooms for my family and I at a discount. I was offered an upgrade, so I took it. It was an additional fee, but it was well worth it! The Augustus suite was AMAZING. Very well maintained, extremely spacious, and the strip view was mind blowing! The walk in shower was huge! The bathtub has jets that were so relaxing to use after a long day walking along the strip. The pool was the only thing that let me down a bit. There was nothing particularly wrong with it, but it just seemed like a area that was for hanging out and taking a few pictures. The other pools required a reservation, which does make sense so it doesn't overcrowd, but other than that, the pool areas are beautiful and the drinks are delicious!! Overall, it was one of the best trips I've ever taken. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were also a big help when someone tried to scam my mother by impersonating a hotel staff member and telling her that there was still an "outstanding balance" I had to pay. I brought it to the attention of the staff at the front lobby, and they were quick to assure that they would look into it, and it was resolved. I am definitely coming back!
  • The staff was very polite and efficient. The places we ate the food was decent..one was a Bobby Flay burger joint and the other was a Gordon Ramsey steak house. The steak house was better. Food was seasoned well. The room was average as we stayed in one of the original structures. Our flight got cancelled so they accommodated last minute. Again every staff member we encountered was polite efficient and professional.
