Casino At The Venetian, Las Vegas

I can’t rave enough about this place! It’s huge with so many interesting things to see and explore. We loved the Gondola ride. Our guide was super friendly and very informative. The rooms are a good size and we found them very clean. We like the separate Living Room area a lot. So many restaurants and shops - I recommend a visit to roam around and experience it!

Perfect location, perfect gambling tables, and perfect dining options. They had an abundance of coffee shops from ally to Starbucks to the coffee bean (and more than one). Great food options and the staff was so pleasant. They let us check in early and we dropped off our luggage while we waited. The pools were very nice (too crowded for us but what can you expect in the summer). I will definitely come back! After seeing all the other hotels (for the slots) I can say hands down this one was 1. The most popular because everyone kept coming into the hotel and 2. Just the most beautiful.

Absolutely loved my stay. My room was different than pictured and kind of dark and cavernous with an uncomfortable sofa but beyond that Absolutely amazing stay. Staff was amazing I even took a class on how to play craps which was very interesting. Gondola ride indoors worth the money outdoors is not. The resort is palatial. Definitely will return.

Was surprised by the lack of good service provided by staff and facilities. (This review considers the price paid per night for a room here). - checked in at 4pm and lady staff attending to us asked us about paying more for upgrade etc. and did not even tell us what room we were allocated. We referred to the card provided and her illegible handwriting made us proceed to the wrong floor. - pool closes at 5.50pm (really a bumper) and staff attending to the entrance at the pool did not let us know where to collect the bath towels. Her priority was talking with other staff. We walked around trying to find towels and had to ask the life guard eventually. - no coffee, tea or even a kettle in the room. Even motels provide these basic stuff for convenience. Incredible. - got charged $10 per bottle of water which was misleading to be complimentary as per all other hotels (this is the hotel labelled water not Fiji). Have experienced so many hotels, and this is the first to encounter such day light robbery I trust many other hotels would be able to do better than this when you look beyond the facade of this hotel.

This was a great place to stay on the strip. We got the king bed with a “city view”. We were lead astray thinking it was a Las Vegas view. But it was not that. The workers were friendly and it’s in a great location on the strip for easy access to shops and casinos. I recommend to go early as possible for check in, and the free garage parking was also nice. Also, the bathroom’s shower was really strong as well so that’s a warning. Really quality place!
