A lush natural oasis in the middle of Nevada's desert, Wildlife Habitat is one of Las Vegas' more unusual tourist attractions located within one of its major hotel-casino complexes. This peaceful wildlife sanctuary houses Chilean flamingos, koi fish, turtles, swans, ducks, pelicans, and ibis. You can drop by for a quick photo opportunity with one of the habitat's resident parrots. The animals inhabit artificial islands and streams surrounded by iridescent waterfalls and lavish greenery. Try to time your visit to coincide with one of several daily feedings. Our Las Vegas journey tool makes visiting Wildlife Habitat and other Las Vegas attractions simple, and helps you make a travel plan personal to you.

Very nice set up. Easy to walk through. Unfortunately there were no Flamingos at this time. The other birds were nice though. We went at end of February.

The habitat is home to several flamingos, ducks, koi fish and turtles. It is worth a quick visit if you’re walking by. It can be hit or miss depending on the weather as the flamingos are not there...

This is a great free activity to do with children. The Flamingo habitat has several Flamingos and other birds in different areas that are easy to see and have good photo experiences with. The flamingos weee interesting to watch and actually see sleeping on one leg only. The Pelican was very active and moved off of its perch to swim in the water. Sadly, it was looking for food and could not find anything to eat in the water, which was painful to see. However, I am sure enough food is provided and it didn’t seem like the bird was in happy. Things to know- you will have to either walk through the hotel to get here. It can be a bit of a distance so be prepared. Birds are active at different times of day so they may or may not be active when you are there. Look for the different bird species and also count how many turtles you find. It’s impressive where they are at. You can also view some areas from inside the hotel walk ways.

This place is so cool! Free to see. Very interesting fish and exotic ducks. Bummed the flamingos and pheasants are no longer out. Definitely recommend for a fun free activity that you could spend up to an hour looking around at!

This is a small wildlife habitat located inside of Flamingo hotel and is free attraction for tourists. It has few birds, turtles, fishes, etc. there is a lawn where one can rest or kids can play. Just beside the habitat is the swimming pool. The place clean n clam. Once you enter the flamingo hotel, follow the signs or boards to wildlife habitat.

This was such a great find. We stumbled into this exhibit. It was busy but not crowded. Really enjoyed and appreciated the no smoking signs and people respecting them. The waterfall koi pond was so peaceful and relaxing. I could have sat there for hours just watching and listening. Kids would enjoy this exhibit it's a small walk through but still appreciated it in a big city and being free.

This place is beautiful. It was so fun seeing the flamingos. This whole area is beautiful. The koi and goldfish in these ponds were huge. This is a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle.
