Warner Valley Trailhead, Lassen Volcanic National Park

Nice little day hike with a moderate up and down climb in and out of the thermal area of Devil's Kitchen. My trail app had it a bit over the posted 2.2 miles one way distance for some reason. This is one of the few spots to see some of the parks thermal activity. Though it's not as impressive as Bumpass Hell it is certainly an easier hike and at lower elevation for those that may have some mobility issues. This hike offers a good variety of scenery with the thermal area, forested section and meadows.

Could not ask for a better experience! We hiked Devil's Kitchen and a second part with the cluster lakes loop trail. I feel like we must have lucked out with the weather, it was sunny some high clouds that combined with the wind kept us very cool for August. Get out and experience this gem in our state. Please though if you do help save it for future generations by cleaning up after yourselves and staying on the trails.

Really cool place! Got to meet some people hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. It was fun to see part of what is one of the most famous hiking trails in the US or even the world. Seeing it made me want to hike the PCT myself. Just going out here is enough to stoke you up on backpacking!

Great fun and an easy hike to the thermal lake. The trail is easily navigated and fill of streams and meadows. You have to see this forest!

This trailhead splits off to a few different trails. Devils kitchen (a smaller less visited version of bumbass hell), Terminal geyser (not really a geyser but still beautiful trail) and a few different lakes. Gorgeous valley with hot springs.
