Medaloni Cellars and Vinyards, Lewisville

Love this place!! The owner, staff & people here are great & welcoming & they have good wines! It's so cozy & I absolutely love the big chairs with the wine glass holder carved in just the right place, I so want one!! 🥰 Always a good experience here definitely highly recommend!

They have really good wine at reasonable prices. I love the interior and the outdoor seating is pretty big, we had difficulty deciding weather we wanted to stay inside with the Christmas decorations or outside in their enclosed seating. They have food trucks on the weekends and live music. The building has a rustic look that feels quaint and inviting.

Love this place so much! I highly recommend Yoga in the Valley too! Great selection of wines and fantastic customer service. The view is incredible!

Sunny day at Medaloni - parking lot was filling up, but still lots of space for enjoying wine - inside & outside seating in the sun, shade, on the upper deck (over the tasting room) or under a roof. The servers were busy, but remained friendly and helpful. Offering samples, until we found the beverage we each wanted. Medaloni’s selection of beverages includes their wines, and also a few local beers, seltzer’s and non-alcoholic drinks. Parking - original lot beyond the winery & added lot closer to the road - check for space in the original lot - closer if you have someone with trouble walking. Otherwise, if you are fit - park anywhere. Frisbee golf can also be enjoyed on this property. Restrooms are ADA compliant & located in the serving room.

In contrast to the quietier, relaxed atmosphere of many other wineries, I'd describe Medaloni as a "party" place. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite lively and loud. I don't mean that in a negative way, rather I am trying to give a description of how it felt to us (an older couple), and kudos to them for attracting a crowd. We each had a flight, and shared our glasses of course so that we actually tasted 6 wines. We are reasonably experinced wine drinkers, and sadly we only liked one of the six wines. Hence from our perspective, this is not the place to go if you want high quality wine, but it's fine as a place to go if you want hang out with friends in a fun atmosphere.
