Ethereal Brewing, Lexington

Went here for the first time recently. I loved the ambiance. The service was quick and friendly and they had a large variety of different beers. The flight option made it easy to try a variety.

We stumbled upon this place as a couple of out-of-towners fresh off the highway, on our way to pick up a top-go order we called into the pizza place next door. It was the pleasantest of surprises. 😊 It was all too good to walk away from empty-handed, so we made sure to grab a couple shirts, glassware, and crowlers. Staff was a delight and beer was (obv) delicious. (Oh, and, they're super cool about food being brought in. Though, we did just miss a guy setting up some sweet pop-up eats. So maybe call ahead of you're hungry?) I just cracked my crowler to sign off the weekend and it's just as good as I remember. 😋 Nothing like repping out-of-state breweries here in central Illinois!

I have two favorite breweries in town that I frequent regularly. This is one of them. Great beer, awesome staff! Grab a slice of pizza next door. When the weather is nice my family and I enjoy the patio. Writing this review and thinking about Ethereal made me thirsty. It's time for a visit!

Very cool space and atmosphere. Fun place to hang out with allot going on nearby. Cool outdoor seating area. Bar tender was kinda rude, but i think she was swamped so I'll let it go. Asked what hops were in a beer, i don't know download our menu walked away and served someone else. Think she was overwhelmed and running the place by herself on a busy beautiful day. Beers were good I'd go here again

Great Beer! The service is adequate, but just adequate! The bartender was the least personable host I have ever seen serving a craft beverage! Wile it might have detracted from the overall experience of this brewpub the beer is so good that the less than stellar service can be overlooked. One very cool thing about this place it how they support local athletes in various sports!
