  • The new parking area is nicely done but should include a bathroom of some kind. The boardwalk is remarkably well maintained. They should consider including a secure donation bin.

  • Hiked here on multiple days while staying at The Litchfield Inn. So many trails and beauty. The boardwalk is very beautiful.

  • Amazing hike which was suggested by the hotel we stayed at! We thoroughly enjoyed all the trails offered and returned each day during our stay down the street at The Litchfield Inn.

  • Loved the mini museum lots of taxidermy animals & kids can get list of animals to scavenger hunt. My kid loved it & I thought it was awesome how all animals were native to ct and they made displays of animals in habitats. Outside grounds are beautiful and have rescued owl in a large cage. They have 2 cages for rescued large birds but only 1 was occupied when came this time. Price to go in museum was reasonable too.
  • Great place for a fall walk. Lots of options so you may want to bring a GPS device
  • Beautiful trails through a nice variety of landscapes.
  • Some of my best memories are from all the programs, camps, and activities at White Memorial. My parents brought use kayaking and hiking and still do!
  • Always a nice place to takea walk in the woods. Colors are coming out in October.
