We stopped in at the welcome center in Sulphur first-very nice people & interesting exhibits. They gave us a map with facilities along the way BUT on the west side all were closed-no bathrooms! Why...

104 degrees F. Too hot for too much walking, so drove and kept stopping at all the spots. I must say we were very disappointed at the lack of wildlife. No Gators, very few birds or anything else...
