  • I recently had the chance to visit Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont, and I have to say, it's an absolutely fantastic ski destination. The resort has a wide variety of runs for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, from gentle beginner slopes to challenging expert trails. The snow conditions were also excellent - the mountain received plenty of natural snowfall and the grooming was top-notch. One of the things that really stood out to me about Okemo was the attention to detail. The resort goes above and beyond to make sure that their guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the amenities - including a range of dining options and a cozy fireplace lounge - were all top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Okemo Mountain Resort to anyone looking for a fantastic ski vacation. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, you'll find plenty of great runs to enjoy at this beautiful resort.
  • This review is for the ski lessons only. Scott was fantastic. Very kind and encouraging. We enjoyed working with him and on my first time skiing ever, I was able to ski a regular slope! He is aware that people have different styles for what work for them and encourages you to find your individual comfort in skiing, both mentally and physically. Highly recommend Rick was an training to run his own lessons and he was awesome too.
  • I don't know who runs the show at this ski resort, but they hired some amazing people. Daycare was a blessing and the girls working it were super awesome. I took a snowboard lesson with my 13 year old son and our instructor (Robby) was fantastic. He was friendly and provided great instructions. We will be back again for sure. Thank you for the great experience.
  • This place is so nice, only other place I’ve gone snowboarding was heavenly over by Lake Tahoe. It’s smaller resort but I prefer it, not all the green runs are filled in yet but they’re pumping the runs they have open with the fake snow and it’s fluffy. First day it had rained the day before so it was pretty iced over, our second day is pretty foggy but the runs are perfect! I’m having a great time and I’m able to break in my new board and get it ready for this season!
  • Ski: 4 Stars: Tough weather lately but skiing was better than expected. Found Jackson Gore parking and trails to be a lot of fun for those two days. Food and Drink: 4 Stars: Ski mountain pricing of course, but plenty of food and drink options at the multiple base areas. Had great service and food at the Taproom. Location: 4 stars: The downtown is very close with even more offerings, although on weekends wait times can be very long. Service: 2 Stars Epic runs service similar to what you would expect at a Six Flags level vs a Disney level. We had two people in our group that had issues with their Epic tickets where they didn't work at the lifts. Both were handled poorly at first by the counter folks. Only option presented was to purchase a full price ticket for each which we did to get on the mountain. At the end of the day, we returned to the ticket center, escalated a few levels, and finally got an acceptable resolution.
