  • Head north west on School street in Manchester and this spot is on your right, half mile from Route 128. There is free parking and a trail that ends at a fire tower. Great natural walk to vista

  • We were looking forward to taking the trail to Agassiz rock. Unfortunately, when it rains a lot, the trails get very muddy. We happened to stop during this time. Also, we should have put on insect...

  • Fairly easy hike. Took about an hour to do entire route. Very well marked. Nothing too exciting to see but it's usually quiet here so it is a peaceful spot. Good stroll with a dog or post lunch.
  • A refreshing time with nature, a place that helps you appreciate the wonders of God's creation
  • Quick hike! Great for Yong kids or a dog walker. Interesting geological features for teaching moments.
  • There are a lot of leaves on the trail making it slick and somewhat difficult to check your footing, but overall a nice, short, easy trail to follow and very easy to walk. The only part that might be somewhat difficult for some is the small rocky climb at the top.
  • Easy access and ample parking. The trails to the rocks are brief, but connecting paths offer much more length. I found the signage in some locations a trifle ambiguous and once off the main drag you need to channel your inner pathfinder. Big A came to a rest in a swamp so bring your boots.
