Northshire Bookstore, Manchester

One of the best bookshops around. A magical place with a great selection of books and recommendations from staff. There is a large upstairs section for children, with both books and toys. There is also lots of gifting (non books) for adults, alongside cards and wrap. There is a coffee shop here too. Highly recommended a visit if you're in the area. Really is a magical place.

Any time I travel I make it a point to locate a local bookstore. As they are few remaining. Mother nature changed my hiking plans for the day which I think was a blessing in disguise so that I would find this hidden treasure filled spot. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Every corner there was something new I just had to see. I could have stayed there for hours just exploring the many options to sit, stand, walk, talk, eat or all of the above. What a perfect opponent to slow down grab a book and some coffee or tea and just be. Everything else can wait. Do yourself a favor and remember this place. Bookmark it in your place of favorite places to stop by when traveling through.

Loved this bookstore. It has a wonderful book selection with each section distinctively decorated. Great ambience that makes it an adventure to explore in this amazing shop. For all age groups. It is attached to a delicious coffee shop/ cafe which I highly recommend as well. Definitely make your way here. I went there 2x.

Love this book store! It's got a huge variety and the employees are more than willing to help you find what you want.

If I could, I would have moved to live in this store. We spent more then an hour wondering around this beautiful store. 3 floors of heaven for books lovers.
