Was not impressed. The faire has changed dramatically. All of the food and drink lines were extremely long and had 30 plus minute wait times. Sad to see the original faire become such a commercial.... more

We were here for FlavorFest, the annual wine and spirits tasting event that is held here. Overall it was well organized. There is tons of free parking, and a vast amount of land that housed vendors from around PA. The Renaissance theme of the grounds is very quirky, but also interesting. There were food vendors (prepare for long lines), gift shops, clean bathrooms, places to sit, and lots of walking. Wear comfortable shoes. Most of the wine vendors offered (very) sweet wines, which aren't my favorite. But I bought a few bottles of some good ones. Vendors organized a bottle check that was also very organized, so you didn't have to carry them with you all day.

This was my first time at the Renaissance fair. Loved everything, the vendors where great the food was awesome. The activities they had where interactive and fun pet friendly great experience. Even those who attended where nice. This will definitely be an annual event for my family.

Although I don't get here often sad I love almost 300 miles away, I do always try to stop when I'm near. Great selection of wine and the winery is full of things that are unique, to go along with your selection. Highly recommend it! I like it so much I stocked up and bought a whole case to take home.

I personally went for the Renaissance festival. The fair was absolutely amazing as expected and and it did strike me on the way out how how beautiful a venue it would be for a wedding or other event. Plenty of parking and fairly easy to get to.
