What a great activity for an interesting affordable and fun side trip. We’ve driven by this so many times and finally decided to take the tour. Lots of steep stairways, so be sure you’re able to climb and descend multiple times and keep your balance. Friendly tour guides with plenty of Michigan Great Lakes historical knowledge. We loved it.

Cannot recommend doing the tour enough! So beautiful and well kept! The staff was knowledgeable and so friendly! Definitely a must see!! My 3 year old son loved it as well as me as an adult!! Great for all ages!

The Ghost ship haunted would have been fun if we had realized it was there Friday night. Unfortunately we were leaving out of town and won't be able to go on it. They're open on Fridays and Saturdays through October. If you're in the area definitely go and see it.

Really enjoyed our tour, the guide was very knowledgeable! I love seeing older boats and machinery and find the "old school" craftsmanship fascinating, considering the differences in today's manufacturing technology vs. what they had to work with in the1930s.
