  • Stopped in randomly on our way home from Pictured Rocks, happy we did. Great opportunity for the toddlers in our group to see plenty of fish, learn about the springs and help wheel the observation...

  • This was so cool! You can see the springs bubbling at the bottom and the water is literally crystal clear. Tons of fish and a really peaceful place to check out.

  • Beautiful, very beautiful! Definitely worth the stop and the park pass fee! It's a quick stop too if it's not busy. If busy you will have to wait in line for the raft ride. The ride itself isn't very long and there's not really any walking trails so like I said, a quick stop. The gift shop is a bit crammed with stuff so too many people and it's hard to navigate through. They have ice cream and other snacks, decently priced.
  • It was a hot day and the shade was appreciated. Been wanting to see this since I heard of it. Beautiful. Didn't disappoint. Short ride across and back. On the way back, the people who took the center view, should have moved to the outside and let others move in. Gotta have a park pass or it costs $17.00 to get in. They allow well behaved dogs like ours!
  • Nice place to visit. The lake is crystal clear. The bubbling springs at the bottom of the lake are visible. Quite interesting but short boat ride. You will probably have to wait your turn to take the ride. The boat is driven by passengers so you can also take turns driving it. The shop there has a good collection of souvenirs. I also liked their ice creams.
  • This was my second time visiting here, it was beautiful as usual, the water was so green and the fish was beautiful to look at. The visitor centre had lot of things to offer and the rest rooms were clean. The parking was full but it was moving crowd so we could get parking.
  • Very cool side stop. The woman at the boat launch was a wealth of information. Ask her questions. She likes to teach. They feed the trout twice a month. 85% of the water is recirculated through the surrounding wetlands. The trout are retired brood stock. Free entrance with State Parks Passport
