Christmas in Manitou, Manitou Springs

5 stars for the staff and selection of ornaments. 1 star for the owner. My family and I pick out a new ornament here every year (6 of them) Staff is always polite and friendly, helping with selection and wrapping your ornaments. This year I inquired about getting an ornament I purchased elsewhere (last year) written on. The cashier was super friendly when responding that he wasn’t sure and that he would go to the back and ask the owner as they ate the only one that can make that call. He seemed reluctant to let me know that he was unable to write on it. Even though I was spending $40 on ornaments. Bad business if you ask me. I know they will not lose money if I quit shopping there. But I’d rather shop somewhere that has a little more heart.

Best place to get a custom ornament. We come several times a year. It's our go to store when choosing an ornament for a teacher gift! The staff is very friendly and the custom hand written ornaments are great! The staff has very professional handwriting. We love coming here and will continue to for as long as the store is!

Christmas in Manitou is a stop along our Christmas shopping journey every year. They are the best place for unique and fun ornaments! The nutcrackers and other Christmas crafts are awesome as well!

Cute shop, but disappointed when my husband and I each bought a $14 ornament here and the following week found them at Walmart and at 5 Below for $5.

This is one of my favorite places to shop in the US. I love the items, and they have many unique finds that I've never seen anywhere else. The staff is so helpful.
